reputable musicians and are the key professional players in the
Indianapolis music industry, most with respected reputations
well beyond the Midwest. The musicians of the BWJO have performed
or arranged professionally for Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Woody
Herman, Harry James, Mel Torme, Natalie Cole, Bobby Short, Skitch
Henderson, J.J.Johnson, Benny Carter, Jon Hendricks, Wynton Marsalis,
Joe Williams, Maynard Ferguson, James Moody and many others.
They are all members of the Indianapolis
Musicians Local #3 and the American
Federation of Musicians. |
